Im back on track!

Hey!

Its been a while since i wrote so i have to give you an update.

Except from small gatherings with friends nothing big has happend.
Well the biggest is in that case what i did this morning! Cajsa in the gym! Finally! I´ve been doing aquafit for 2 weeks now so thats always something but 2day I had an instruction. So he gave me some tips for my knee. So now i have a program to follow for 2 weeks and then i will met up with the guy again and see if everything is going good and add more exercises.
Everyone that knows me knows that im more off a aerobic, step up, bodypump and running kinda girl. But im actually really happy that i got a foot in to it. It´s just that i dont like when its to much people in a gym. I mean like cute guys and people that u know that you dont wanna talk to when ur all red and sweaty. But i guess i´ve to get over that threshold!

I mean there is a place where they have classes and stuff that i like but it takes me about 15-20 min walk and its easier to go to the gym thats like 3 min from my place.

So 2day its cloudy here and im gonna meet up with Amelie later. And 2mrw im invited to Sabines house. They are having a girly dinner. Wich should be fun!

Oh and i have to admit: I bought a pair off shoes i´ve been looking at since i got here. And its these so called wedges (kilklack) so they are high but flat so its a bit easier walk in them. And i just WANTED them! They had my name on them!
